Core development with emphasis on preventing dust generation
Plastic cores are usually used in manufacturing sites that require a clean environment.
Our "Clean Core" was developed in response to the need to make paper cores from these plastic cores due to their weight and cost.
End and surface treatments and material selection are derived from fiber paper core technology, making use of our company's history and the technology of our predecessors.
One-stop service from cores to transport packaging
Instead of just supplying cores, we also offer one-stop design and proposals for packaging materials to suit the transport form and environment of the wound product. In addition, for resin molded products, we handle product design, mold design, molding, and assembly.
We own the only measuring equipment in Japan
We support our customers' development and problem solving with equipment that is unique to our company, such as a circumferential pressure tester, a thread removal tester, and a burst tester, which analyze how much winding they can withstand. More advanced analysis is possible.
